CASE Board members are volunteers who lead Service Provider organizations in San Francisco, CA
that support older adults and adults with disabilities.
Ligia Montano
Co-Chair
Ligia Montano, Director of Education and Partnerships with Senior and Disability Action, comes from a working-class Nicaraguan family. She understands the need for support systems and communities that are inclusive of everyone. Throughout her more than 12 years at Senior and Disability Action, she has been committed to driving change in the way our City marginalizes seniors and people with disabilities.
Christina Irving, LCSW
Secretary
Christina Irving is the Client Services Director at Family Caregiver Alliance. She oversees the staff of the Bay Area Caregiver Resource Center who provide direct services to family caregivers, including assessment, counseling, education, and support. She has been with FCA for over 20 years, received a Master’s degree in Social Work from San Jose State University, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
Fiona Hinze
Member at Large
Fiona Hinze is the Director of Public Policy at Independent Living Resource Center San Francisco. She dedicates her time to the development of strategies around ILRCSF’s systems change and advocacy efforts by tracking key state and local advocacy issues and by attending community committee and task force meetings. She works to ensure consumers are aware of advocacy opportunities in the community, such as calls to action on various issues. Fiona currently serves on the SFMTA Board of Directors. She has also served on other boards and commissions including the San Francisco Sunshine Ordinance Task Force and the State Independent Living Council.
Joana Mattero

Joana Mattero is the Associate Director of the Healthy Aging Program at MNC Inspiring Success. With over 19 years of service, she is dedicated to supporting older adults and people with disabilities. Passionate about Latino culture and community, she develops inclusive programs that promote healthy aging, independence, and overall well-being.
Kaleda Walling

Kaleda Walling is Executive Director of Golden Gate Senior Services and a longtime nonprofit leader dedicated to supporting older adults and people with disabilities. She is passionate about community engagement, accessible services, and creating opportunities for people of all ages and abilities to thrive.
Andrea Lazorik
Co-Chair
Andrea Lazorik is the Program Director of Home Match San Francisco, a free nonprofit home-sharing program that
helps older adults age in place. Inspired by her experience navigating housing and care systems after her father’s ALS diagnosis, she is dedicated to expanding housing stability and preventing homelessness among older adults and adults with disabilities.
Daniel Gallagher, M.Ed.
Treasurer
Daniel Gallagher is the Chief Executive Officer of SteppingStone Health, the largest provider of adult day health care services in San Francisco and a major provider of Enhanced Care Management services. SteppingStone Health has served the City’s most vulnerable seniors and adults with disabilities since 1983.
Daniel has served as Co‑Chair of the Coalition of Agencies Serving the Elderly (CASE) and sits on the Board of Directors of the California Association for Adult Day Services (CAADS) as Past President. Daniel holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from The College of Idaho, grounding his work in a strong foundation of educational leadership and human‑services practice.
Koletti Leha Ieremia
Member at Large
Koletti Leha Ieremia, Director of Senior/Family Services and Community Relations with TEL HI Neighborhood Center, has served communities since 2006 and has been with Telegraph Hill Neighborhood Center (TEL HI) since 2019. She has worked with older adults for the past eight years and brings a strong background in family, youth, sports, and teen leadership programming. She is a dedicated advocate for seniors and enjoys collaborating with community partners to expand resources, services, and opportunities for older adults.
Sylvia Sherman

Sylvia Sherman is Program Director at Community Music Center, where she works to expand access to community music education through programs and partnerships including the Young Musicians Program, SFUSD partnerships, and the Neighborhood Choir Program supporting healthy aging and serving 17 San Francisco community centers and senior centers.
